1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, request a Website Impact Snapshot (initial website review), purchase a paid audit, or commission a separately scoped implementation service from Advantage Media through Advantage Tools. A written proposal, statement of work or order confirmation may add project-specific terms. If a project-specific document conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific document controls for that project.
2. The free Website Impact Snapshot (initial website review)
The free Snapshot is a limited review of public-facing website signals. It is intended to help you decide whether deeper investigation is justified. It is not a complete technical, SEO, legal, security, accessibility or commercial audit. We do not access private systems at this stage unless separately agreed in writing.
Any observation is tied to the page, device, source and time examined. Public tools and website conditions can change, so a result is not a permanent certification.
3. Paid audits
A paid audit provides documented findings, priorities and a correction plan for the pages, journeys and systems named in the agreed scope. Before payment, we confirm the included pages or page types, deliverables, exclusions, required access, delivery assumptions and acceptance method in writing.
You may use the delivered correction plan with Advantage Media, your own team or another provider. Unless expressly included, an audit does not include implementation, monitoring, copywriting, paid-media management, legal review or unrestricted investigation of the whole website.
4. Website Performance Recovery (targeted website repairs) and new website builds
Recovery and Performance-First Website Build (performance-focused website build) services are quoted separately after qualification. Work begins only after both parties agree the scope, price, dependencies, responsibilities, deliverables, acceptance checks and payment schedule in writing.
Changes outside the approved scope require a written change agreement. We may pause work when required access, content, decisions or third-party cooperation are not supplied in time.
5. Prices, tax and payment
Public international audit prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable VAT or tax is confirmed in writing before payment. A public price applies only to the corresponding stated scope; custom or enterprise requirements receive a written quote.
Unless a written proposal states otherwise, fees are due before audit work begins. Implementation payment stages are stated in the relevant proposal. Bank or payment-provider charges are the payer's responsibility.
If you commission the recommended implementation from Advantage Media within 30 days of audit delivery, the net audit fee is credited once against that implementation. The credit is not cash, is not transferable, cannot be combined across audits and applies only to the qualifying implementation stated in writing.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorised to request work on the supplied website and to provide any content, credentials or data used for the service. You are responsible for accurate instructions, timely decisions, lawful content and maintaining suitable backups unless our proposal expressly assigns backup responsibility to us.
Do not send passwords, special-category data or unnecessary personal data by ordinary email. We will provide an appropriate access route when credentials or restricted information are required.
7. Evidence, targets and limitations
Performance, accessibility, SEO and related tools measure defined technical conditions under particular test circumstances. Scores and timings may vary between runs, devices, networks, locations and third-party systems.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversion rate, revenue, advertising return or uninterrupted availability. Where a proposal includes measurable acceptance targets, those targets apply only to the named URLs, conditions, exclusions and acceptance window stated in that proposal.
8. Third-party systems
Websites commonly depend on hosting, themes, plugins, payment services, analytics, advertising platforms, search engines, APIs and other third parties. We are not responsible for a third party's outage, policy change, pricing, data, decision or code change. We will document a material dependency when it affects the agreed scope or acceptance method.
9. Intellectual property and portfolio use
You retain ownership of material you provide. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, reusable code and know-how. Rights in project-specific deliverables and any third-party licences are stated in the written proposal.
We will not publish your confidential material or identify your project as a case study without permission. Publicly available technical evidence may be discussed only when its source, date and limitations are stated accurately.
10. Confidentiality and personal data
Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information received for the service. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and any project-specific data-processing terms. We collect only the information needed for the agreed enquiry or service.
Advantage Tools is not currently collecting CVs or recruitment applications.
11. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation rights and any non-refundable fees for work already performed are confirmed in the relevant proposal or order confirmation. Nothing in these terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Business clients should tell us promptly if they need work paused or rescheduled; completed work, committed third-party costs and reserved capacity may remain payable.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by a third-party platform or by instructions outside the agreed scope.
For a paid service, our aggregate liability arising from that service is limited to the net fee paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires a different result.
13. Suspension and termination
We may refuse, suspend or terminate work when a request is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, outside our supported capabilities or materially different from the agreed scope; when payment is overdue; or when required access or cooperation is not provided. Where practical, we will explain the reason and the status of completed work in writing.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before formal proceedings, both parties should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue in writing.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future enquiries and services. The effective date above identifies the current public version. A later public version does not retroactively replace a signed proposal or order unless the parties agree in writing.
Questions about these terms may be sent to info@advantagemedia.gr or addressed to Dionysis Ntozis Anastasiou, 22 Venizelou Street, Thessaloniki 54624, Greece.
