3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to requests, preparing proposals, and taking steps before or under a contract.
Operating, securing, maintaining, and preventing misuse of the websites based on our legitimate interests.
Complying with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
Measuring website use and campaign performance, and improving the websites, only with your prior consent.
4. Forms and communications
We use the information you submit to review your request and respond by email or telephone according to your preference. Please do not send special-category personal data or information that is unnecessary for your request.
5. Cookies, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads measurement
We use necessary technical cookies for essential functionality and security. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8Y0T1DN5M9) and Google Ads measurement tools load only after you select “Accept measurement”. If you select “Necessary only”, the Google tag does not load and we do not retain campaign parameters or click identifiers for advertising attribution.
With consent, GA4 may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, while Google Ads measurement may use _gcl_* cookies and click identifiers to connect an enquiry with the campaign that generated it. We use Basic Consent Mode v2: analytics_storage and ad_storage are enabled only after consent, while ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain disabled. We do not enable personalised advertising or enhanced conversions for leads at this stage.
Your consent choice is stored separately on each domain for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time through the “Measurement settings” button.

6. Recipients and international transfers
Access may be provided only to authorised people and service providers supporting hosting, email, forms, security, accounting, or performance measurement, to the extent necessary. Services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards and transfer mechanisms stated by the relevant provider.
7. Retention
Contact requests: normally up to 24 months, unless a business relationship follows or longer retention is needed for a legal claim.
Client and accounting records: for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
Security logs: normally up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate an incident.
GA4 user data: up to 14 months under the property setting; some Google cookies may last longer as described in Google’s documentation.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise a right, email info@advantagemedia.gr.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
9. Security and automated decisions
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, although no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We do not use data collected through these forms or GA4 to make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
